Important Notice Regarding Medicaid Coverage Changes
 

Dear Client,
 

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding Medicaid insurance participation at Quality Counseling Services, LLC.
 

Effective May 7, 2026, Quality Counseling Services will no longer be contracted with CareOregon. This includes the Medicaid Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) Jackson Care Connect, Health Share of Oregon, Columbia Pacific, and CareOregon Advantage.
 

We understand that insurance changes can be stressful, and we are committed to supporting you through this transition.
 

What This Means for You
 

• If you are currently insured through one of the listed CareOregon CCO's  (including if it is your secondary insurance), you will need to transfer to an in-network provider prior to May 7, 2026. (see list if in-network providers here)

• After May 7, 2026, we will no longer be able to provide services to clients who have a CareOregon CCO as either a primary or secondary insurance.

• Your current therapist will assist you with coordinating this transfer to help ensure continuity of care.

• We encourage you to begin this process as soon as possible to avoid any disruption in services.
   

Medicaid Plans We Continue to Accept
 

Quality Counseling Services remains able to bill the following:
 

• AllCare Health (Medicaid CCO)

• Umpqua Health Alliance (Medicaid CCO)

• Oregon State Medicaid (Open Card)
   

Quality Counseling Services may be able to bill the following CCO’s Out-Of-Network with a Prior Authorization:
 

• Trillium (Medicaid CCO)

• Pacific Source (Medicaid CCO)

• Intercommunity Health Network (Medicaid CCO)

• Providence Health Plan (Medicaid CCO)
   

Quality Counseling Services is In-Network with the following private insurance:
 

• Moda

• Providence

• Regence BCBS

• Aetna
