Phia Strojny, QMHP  the details

As a mental health counselor I am dedicated to helping women navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, depression, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. When you find yourself alone, you take time to reflect and wonder if you are the person you want to be or just the person people expect you to be. One of my favorite topics is guiding others through a transition so they can live more intentional lives that align with their goals, rather than chasing temporary validation. I am here to help you when you feel overwhelmed by expectations, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in unhealthy patterns.

Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, I later pursued my education abroad and worked alongside a multidisciplinary team at the South Pacific’s leading research institute studying cultural experiences and human behavior. Those experiences deepened my understanding of identity, connection, and personal growth across different walks of life.

I believe that understanding yourself at your core creates the foundation for healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I am direct, casual, and strive to be your ultimate cheerleader. At the end of the day, I want to challenge you to live your best life and be there for you when it feels like too much. I hope to meet with you soon!
