I am passionate about working with families, individuals, and couples to help generate the change they desire. As an individual and family counselor, I believe that we hold and can find the answers to our problems. We create solutions and understandings that work for us in our environments. Therefore, I endeavor to create a friendly, informative, and supportive relationship where challenges can be explored and addressed in the best ways possible. It is important to me to counsel others with acceptance, honesty, and compassion. I enjoy learning about the lives and experiences of every type of person. Helping others direct their own life paths and achieve their best outcomes is my primary focus. As a student of social work, I take an eclectic approach to my practice. I work to draw from as many types of counseling as possible. I utilize Solutions Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, and many others as well. Humanism is at the core of my practice and informs any work I perform. When I am not working, I engage with my two children and my wife. I enjoy exercise, philosophy, history, and games.

I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in discovering new ways of relating to themselves and others. I believe that healing and growth unfold in relationship—whether with ourselves, with others, or within the broader systems we are part of. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore patterns, express your needs, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll work toward aligning your actions with your values and intentions, cultivating clarity, confidence, and wholeness. Above all, I strive to bring authenticity, compassion, and respect into every therapeutic relationship.

My counseling approach is rooted in Humanistic and Family Systems theories and is strongly informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, and common factors research. I also integrate elements of the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and other evidence-based frameworks. This flexible approach allows me to tailor each session to your unique story.

Outside the therapy room, I cherish time with loved ones and my dog, enjoy creative projects, traveling, board games, and music. I also find restoration in nature through hiking, backpacking, and camping.
