I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, completed in 2024. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho in 2020, focusing on Early Childhood and Special Education, which provided me with valuable experience in creating engaging learning experiences for elementary-aged students. My counseling approach is grounded in feminist theory, family systems theory, and mindfulness-based therapy. I am deeply committed to social justice and advocacy for social change. Feminist theory, in particular, informs my practice by emphasizing consciousness-raising, community building through shared experiences, and the necessity for societal transformation. I am passionate about honoring women’s voices and promoting personal insight and growth. In my practice, I view clients as equal partners in the therapeutic process, fostering a person-centered focus through a compassionate and empathetic approach. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered. I am dedicated to serving diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, women, and children. I aim to provide an inclusive, affirming, and supportive space where all clients can feel understood and valued. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid reader and nature enthusiast, with a love for hiking and rockhounding. I am excited to integrate my life experiences, education, and practical counseling skills to help foster positive change in the lives of others.

I see therapy as an intentional space for growth, vulnerability, and embodied change. It is a space where one goes to slow down and be heard. Reconnection with one’s inner child and/or inner self is an imperative facet in my clinical work. I work from an integrative lens, meaning I often curate my approach upon what best suits the client. Some of the modalities I have foundations and training in are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Parts Work, and other trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions.

At the core of my work is a foundational belief that one is not broken, only fractured, and there is always an opportunity to mend those wounds. Patterns that someone carries, including those which are causing pain, have history and a space in the room. I collaborate with my clients within my clinical scope, exploring the stories, experiences, and protective parts that have shaped you, in addition to creating a nonjudgmental space where you can rediscover your worth and capability to change. I am passionate about upholding underrepresented voices and maintaining a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach. As I have shared marginalized identities, listening and uplifting LGBTQ+/Queer and BIPOC voices are very important to who I am as a mental health therapist.

Therapy with me is collaborative and intentional, allowing for internal reflection and embodied action. My goal with you is never to tell you who you should be or what you should do, but to provide unconditional support as you build a life that is empowered, embodied, and aligned with your core self and values.

Healing is not a competition; you have the power to go at whatever pace feels best. You are allowed to pause and rest. You are allowed to be you.
Outside of the therapeutic space, I enjoy creative writing, video gaming, crafting, and spending time with my very sassy and small cat, Pandora.
